Mayo Medical Laboratories’ (MML) latest website update includes several enhancements to the Customer Service page, including a “My Account” dashboard and “Messages”, an inbox-style interface to securely view messages.

Many frequently used reports and tools have been relocated to a new “My Account” dashboard that displays a customized view for easy navigation and access to your account, tools, and reports.
The “My Account” dashboard can be accessed by clicking the My Account dropdown at the top right of any page or by clicking the My Account link in the Customer Service section of the left navigation.
You will always see the Overview and Settings options. Depending on your account, other tools and options will be displayed.
A new "Messages" function is replacing the "Report Portal." The Messages link is displayed at the top right of every page when you are signed in to the website. Clicking the link displays an inbox-style interface for easy and secure viewing of messages from Mayo Medical Laboratories. These messages contain additional information, such as message type, detailed message text, and the attachments that have always been delivered in the Report Portal.
