OCTOBER 11 / ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA
As the progression of changes in health care continues to evolve, so will Mayo Medical Laboratories’ Fourth Annual Utilization Management Conference. Acceleration of the transition from fee-for-service to value-based reimbursement emphasizes the important role that diagnostics can play in reducing the total cost of care.
This year’s conference will focus on explaining this transformation and imparting models and examples of utilization management tools and practices that highlight the capabilities and value of the laboratory. Conversations addressing alignment of clinical practice with payment models, application of data analytics, and the role of IT will be part of an interactive agenda.
An expert and engaged faculty comprised of medical and administrative leaders will lead us in a dynamic venue, sharing insights to contribute to each of our organizations’ sustainability strategies.
Why attend? This conference will help you:
- Gain insights into approaches to leverage diagnostics to reduce the total cost of care
- Describe advances in blood transfusion management
- Translate data analytics into intervention tools
- Align the clinical practice with alternative payment models
The registration fee of $650 includes tuition, access to a comprehensive course syllabus on a secure app, continental breakfasts, lunches, break refreshments, and a reception.
